What does 5v5 Soccer handle during the event?
On the introductory call we will go over the roles and responsibility for the event. We take care of all of the back end and operations of the event, including the day of. We work together to pick the best date and location to support the local soccer community.
What do I need to provide to host the tournament?
Tournament hosts must secure the fields that can be lined for 5v5 soccer and connect us with the local referee assignor. Hosts spearhead the grassroots marketing efforts with our support.
Can hosting a tournament help my team or organization fundraise?
Absolutely! We are all about giving back. The tournament will double as a fundraiser and we will earmark a portion of the registration fee to donate back to your organization. On top of that, 100% of food and beverage revenue generated by the Host club stays with you. You can also add additional “festival” fundraising items like raffles, activities, etc.
How does 5v5 Soccer promote my tournament?
Our marketing team co-promotes your event through email, social media, and partnerships, ensuring maximum visibility to local teams and players. We also provide you with materials to share with your community.
