CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event your team has registered and can no longer attend, the following refund policy will apply.
Refunds are determined by the date of the cancellation request:
Nov 2 - Nov 5: 75% refund
Nov 6 - Nov 15: 50% refund
Nov 16 - Nov 20: 25% refund
After Nov 20: No refund given

Parade of Teams will take place at 9:00 am on Saturday, with check in for line assignments at 8:30 am.
Individual Players - We are no longer accepting individual registrations at this time.
Parking is $10 per day. Anyone not staying at Omni will pay on location upon arrival.

How It Works:
1. Bring a jersey, t-shirt, or item that represents your state or hometown.
2. Be on Field 1 at 5:00 PM.
3. Meet other players and swap your item for another participant’s jersey, t-shirt, or state-themed gear.
4. Enjoy the camaraderie and celebrate the diversity of our player community!

· Be respectful and open to trade with all participants.
· Have fun and make new connections!
