1. How do I register my team?
Register online by selecting your team’s birth year (based on oldest player) and creating a coach account. You can register now and add players later. Need help? Watch the “How To” video.
2. What are the deadlines and costs?
• Early (13+ days before): $350
• Regular (by Sunday before event): $400
• Late (week of event): $450 (limited availability)
Multi-team discount: Save $250 with 5+ teams/tournaments ($50 off per event).
3. What is the tournament format?
• 5v5 (4+GK), max 10 players per roster
• Ball size: same as regular season
• Goals: 6x12 ft | Field: 30x40 yds (facility dependent)
• 4-game guarantee | Teams grouped by age (+/- 1 yr) & skill
• Open to all teams (non-sanctioned, any state)
4. How are brackets structured?
Depends on number of teams (3–10). Formats include round-robins, pool play, semi-finals, championships, and consolation games.
5. What are the requirements at check-in?
• Online waivers for all players
• Printed team roster/waiver
• Check-in at fields 30 minutes before first game
• Proof of age (ID, birth certificate, player card, passport, or roster)
6. What’s the event timeline?
• Sunday before: Registration closes
• Monday: Welcome notice
• Tuesday: Team lists posted
• Thursday: Initial schedules posted
• Friday: Final schedules posted
