Frequently asked questions

Whose tournament is it — yours or ours?
Yours. Your club's name, your brand, your entry fees, your profit. We're the operations engine behind it. (Our 5v5 events are a different thing — this service is us running your full-sided event.)
What formats can you run?
Full-sided 11v11, 9v9, and 7v7 youth tournaments, plus small-sided and adult formats if you want them. One-day or full-weekend. We'll recommend the format that fits your fields and market on the scoping call.
Who fills the event — you or us?
Honest answer: mostly you. It's your event and your community — plan on your club and network bringing 80%+ of the teams. What we do is make that push easy and effective: a proven marketing kit (graphics, captions, email scripts), a weekly pacing plan, plus our own amplification — campaigns to the teams in our national database near you and geo-targeted social ads. We run this playbook 200+ times a year; clubs that work it hit their number.
What does it cost?
A flat management fee plus a per-team rate — no percentage of your revenue, no surprises. The per-team piece means we're motivated to fill your event, not just run it. You'll have an exact quote after one 15-minute call.
How much lead time do you need?
Full-sided tournaments take longer to fill than small-sided events: 3 months minimum, and 3–6 months is the sweet spot. Marketing runway is what builds a 60-team event. If your date is closer than that, let's talk about the next window instead.
Who pays the referees?
Your club pays referees and awards directly at local rates — those are pass-through costs, not ours to mark up. We coordinate with your local assignor so crews are booked and schedules line up.
Can our tournament be a fundraiser?
That's the whole point. A filled tournament on fields you already control is one of the strongest fundraisers in youth soccer — see the example math above. We'll also give you a plan to grow it into an annual tradition.
